St. Andrews & The Kindom of Fife

St. Andrews and The Kingdom of Fife

This tour is an ideal for people based in Edinburgh or an on-shore excursion from the cruise ports of Greenock, South Queensferry, Rosyth, Newhaven & Leith.

View the magnificent Forth Bridge as we cross over to the Kingdom of Fife, St. Andrews, the spiritual home of golf, walk the Old Course, and feel the presence of the ‘greats’ of golf!

Historically, St. Andrews is one of the most important places in Scotland, and has the fourth oldest English speaking university in the world.

Lunch at the quaint fishing village of Anstruther for, arguably, the world’s finest fish n’ chips!

The town of Falkland ends our day, famous for James V Palace, and the oldest useable tennis court in the world, played on 400-plus years ago by Mary, Queen of Scots. Falklands’ latest claim to fame was as a setting for the blockbuster TV show, ‘Outlander.’

Because time is limited, we have links to our day tours which would suit from particular ports. We plan that your return will be at least one hour prior to ship departure.
